CCFC is currently recruiting for the following full-time position:  Marketing Coordinator

Reporting to the Manager, Campaigns and Media, the Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing plans for campaign, media and direct response activities to effectively communicate our brand narrative, maximize awareness and drive revenue.

This role includes, but not limited to:

Marketing Advertising– 35%

  • Assisting the Manager, Campaigns and Media in developing and executing advertising campaigns
  • Activities include: Television, Radio, Digital, Newsprint, Out of Home,
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met

Direct Response Channel Marketing – 35%

  • Assisting the Manager, Campaigns and Media in developing and executing Direct Response marketing campaigns
  • Activities include: Direct Mail, Telemarketing, Email, Face to Face
  • List sourcing and management
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met

Vendor Management – 15%

  • Assisting the Manager, Campaigns and Media in sourcing and managing vendors
  • Provide vendor results reporting
  • Ensure regular vendor meetings are planned and appropriate documentation provided pre/post meeting

Budgeting & Forecasting – 10%

  • Work with finance to ensure vendors are paid on-time (purchase order and invoice processing)
  • Work with finance and research to ensure campaign revenue is accurately tracked

Innovation – 5%

  • Develop new initiatives and strategies to increase efficiency and effectiveness in the department
  • Seek out new and emerging creative concepts, applications and methodologies

Comply with all CCFC policies and procedures.

Other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience executing Marketing activities
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience executing advertising buys (television, digital, OOH)
  • Experience in developing and executing to marketing plans
  • Experience in direct response channels (DM, EM, TM, D2D)
  • Project management experience, including planning, budgeting, monitoring and analysis
  • Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and content management systems (experience in Photoshop and InDesign an asset)
  • Highly collaborative. Able to forge strong partnerships across the organization
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours and travel locally and occasional nationally or internationally, if required
  • Ability to speak and/or write in either French or Spanish will be considered an asset
