Diversity

The RIA is a strong proponent of diversity and strives to foster an inclusive workplace culture driven by purpose, wellness, development, and productivity. We encourage applications from traditionally underrepresented groups, including but not limited to: Black and Indigenous communities, people of colour, women, members of the LGBT2Q+ community, and people experiencing disabilities.

Position Overview

Reporting directly to the Director, Research & Membership, your primary role is to support the development and growth of the RIA. You will provide member services and manage relationships with current RIA members and other participants in the responsible investment industry. You will also engage with prospective members to expand our network. In addition to growing and retaining the RIA’s membership base, you will manage other revenue-generating activities such as sponsorships, promoting training & certification, driving event registrations, and more.
