Compensation: $52,980 to $64,284 range, plus benefits

POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Assistant/Office Coordinator provides a range of administrative and coordination support to the Executive Director, Management Team, Board of Directors to help facilitate effective management, governance and operation of the organization. Areas of focus include but are not limited to: corporate document management, executive administrative support, board portal maintenance, preparation of briefing materials and promotional materials as required, calendars and correspondence for the Executive Director and Management Team, procurement, assisting with special projects as needed, assisting in day-to-day facilities management, and coordinating information.

QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will be an experienced senior administrative assistant with:
- Minimum of post-secondary diploma or equivalent
- Four years senior administrative support experience, preferably in a non-profit environment
- Experience working with a Board of Directors is preferred
- Superior organizational, time-management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Facility coordination experience is an asset
- Experience setting up and maintaining administrative and document management systems
- Proficiency in MS365 Office applications including SharePoint
- Experience in WordPress and maintaining websites is an asset
