You have:

An interest in taking on this new challenge and being part of an exciting and dynamic team
Extensive experience working in the early years sector, supporting children and families, including family support programs and licenced child care
Supervisory and/or leadership experience
Certification as an RECE and membership in good standing with the College of ECEs
Working knowledge of the Child Care and Early Years Act, Ministry of Education Early Years mandates, How Does Learning Happen?, and Pedagogical Leadership
A belief in the vision, mission, and core values of Boys & Girls Clubs of Hamilton
A passion to provide the environment and necessary tools to support our youngest learners
Current First Aid, CPR, and a clear Vulnerable Sector Check

Recruiting outstanding talent and managing staff to maximize their strengths
Supporting teams across multiple locations
Ensuring high quality, safe, and engaging environments and programs
Fostering relationships with staff and community partners to support programs and new initiatives
Budget submissions, grant applications, evaluation, and reporting
