About this position

Modo’s Board has embarked on an ambitious growth plan to continue to disrupt the vehicle ownership paradigm and to strengthen the company’s position as British Columbia’s lead brand for sustainable transportation in a highly competitive marketplace. As such, we are seeking a visionary, entrepreneurial and tech savvy Chief Executive Officer who will continue to make Modo a household name across our province and help make Modo cars an integral part of every neighbourhood.
In addition to fulfilling this ambitious vision, the CEO will be accountable for the overall leadership and day to day management of the organization, including Board reporting, financial management, marketing, member relations and external partnerships. Building, inspiring and coaching a collaborative team in a co-operative environment will be critical to the overall success of this position. As a business strategist and entrepreneurial leader, the next CEO will identify new partnerships and diverse opportunities to take Modo to the next stage of its evolution while maintaining the record of service excellence the company currently offers its members and business customers.
