- Between the ages of 15-30 (inclusive) at the start of the internship
- Canadian citizen, permanent resident or person granted refugee status in Canada*
- Legally allowed to work according to the relevant provincial and Canadian legislation and regulations
- Available to participate for a flexible duration up to 6 months, for full-time, part-time or special initiatives.

The Colleges and Institutes Canada (CICan) Career-Launcher Internships program connects employers with skilled students and grads by providing up to $30,000 towards an intern’s salary and training expenses. CICan’s Career-Launcher Internships program currently offers four internship program streams focused on the green, digital and impact economy: Clean Tech Internships, Natural Resources Internships, Digital Tech Internships and the brand-new ImpAct Internships.
The project is funded by the Government of Canada's Youth Employment and Skills Strategy.
