CommuniCare Therapy is a therapist owned and operated accredited company based in Ottawa- Carleton and proudly serving the Eastern Ontario region since 1992 as a service provider for Home and Community Care Support Services and Children’s Hospital of Eastern Ontario. More than 140 clinicians comprise our dynamic team of, Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Registered Dietitians and Social Workers.
CommuniCare Therapy has been working with Independent Contractor Registered Social Workers in the community for over 25 years. Services allow clinicians the opportunity to work in the patient’s most important environment – their private residence or retirement home.
We have immediate opportunities for casual and part time Registered Social Workers in the following location:
Adult – South East Home and Community Care Support Services Program:
- Gananoque, Westport, Elgin, Delta & surrounding areas
- Brockville & surrounding areas

All applicants require the following:
- Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university or equivalent education & experience
- Membership in the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers
- Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle
Bilingualism will be considered an asset.
