Reporting to the Senior Director of Client Services, in this new and exciting role, you will leverage your experience as a manager who is committed to ensuring the delivery of trauma-informed mental health and counselling services to clients. Accountable for daily operations, you will provide the necessary leadership and staff support to ensure the quality and efficiency of services to clients and, as a member of the management team, work collectively to implement organizational strategies and achieve desired outcomes.

You will have a graduate degree in Social Work, Counselling or a related field and, in addition to your 3 to 5 years of leading and supporting staff in a mental health or counselling field, you will bring significant experience in leading and developing programming for populations experiencing complex health and social issues.

As a positive, skilled communicator with a track record for teamwork and flexibility, you will be highly committed to working within anti-oppression, harm reduction and cultural safety frameworks. You will also be keenly responsive to working across diverse populations, including Indigenous Peoples, racialized, LGBTQ, substance-using populations, and young people.
