The Opportunity:

Are you ready to blaze new trails and chart a course for transformation? As the Executive Director of Rebound, you'll have the opportunity to support the development of and enact a bold strategic vision that amplifies our impact and influence during significant growth in Northumberland County. Reporting directly to the Board of Directors, you'll be the visionary leader guiding our strategic direction and fostering sustainable partnerships that grow a healthier and more vibrant community for all. 

Knowledge of Northumberland County’s social and health service ecology is considered an asset, as is a Master’s and/or Bachelor’s degree. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader in the not-for-profit sector. 

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Visionary: Support the development of and enact a bold strategic vision that solidifies Rebound's critical role in Northumberland County and that ensures our services remain agile and responsive to the evolving needs of our community.

Capacity Builder: Drive innovation and collaborate with the Board of Directors to set ambitious goals and benchmarks for success that accelerate our progress and improve our services. 

Financial Dynamo: Fuel our mission through strategic budgeting, securing resources, cultivating innovative revenue streams, and leveraging partnerships to expand our reach. 

Community Champion: Serve as a passionate and strategic advocate for youth empowerment and social change at local, regional, and provincial levels, forging deep and meaningful partnerships with community stakeholders that elevate Rebound's profile.

Talent Magnet: Foster a culture of excellence and accountability in the day-to-day operations of Rebound and nurture a dynamic and inclusive culture that values collaboration, diversity, and equity.
