That is why we're seeking an associate solution consultant to join our growing team as we are growing to meet the needs of our customers. The CloudStarter team will share their knowledge and give you challenges to explore and solve as you develop new skills and experience in a collaborative and fun environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support new and existing Salesforce user base with questions and issues across Salesforce and 3rd party products
  • Work with customers to gather requirements and implement configuration changes including definition of workflow and approval processes and custom object implementation
  • Develop and maintain training materials and training curriculum for all end users
  • Document system configuration and administrative processes
  • Provide information around best practices in the CRM business process
  • Map out client business processes and help to generate future state
  • Perform quality assurance testing as needed
  • Support data migration activities
  • Design customized solutions and optimize Salesforce based on requirements

Required Skills

  • Post-Secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration or equivalent training/experience
  • 1+ years of experience with the Salesforce platform (or similar enterprise software platform)
  • Experience with workflow, process configuration in order to set up multi-step, conditional logic to complete a workflow of business rules
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel to manipulate data sets in order to transform data for the purposes of extract, transfer and load activities to a clients CRM or 3rd party systems
  • Exposure to integrations with 3rd party API's using Zapier, Automate.io or web programming
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle from development to testing, and have knowledge of the available Salesforce environments
  • Proven technical acumen to translate business requirements into functional design
  • Experience with collecting requirements/feedback directly from stakeholders and integrating that into system configuration
  • Experience working directly with external clients / end-users and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent listening skills to fully understand requirements 
  • Excellent communications skills - verbal and non-verbal
