The ideal candidate will have a Masters or Bachelor Degree in Theological Studies/Christian Leadership, and 3-5 years’ experience in a Faith-Based Ministry organization with oversight of staff. Minimum 5 years of experience in a housing related field.  Experience in recovery-based, abstinence-based housing is an asset.
