The Role

We are seeking a dynamic, high performing business developer with a natural ability to engage, retain, and grow our services within the Western Canada region. Also, this role will take on all website and newsletter advertising sales for CharityVillage nationally.

Responsibilities for this role include:

• Reporting into the Sales Director, you will manage business development for Western Canada as well as research and pursue leads for our website and newsletter advertisement opportunities across Canada.
• Work with the Account Managers, to maintain positive ongoing relationships with our new and current customers in Western Canada
• Meet and exceed sales revenue targets for existing and new business
• Embody our great culture

Qualifications:

• Strong prospecting and closing skills.
• Passionate about using your skills for good
• Excellent track record of building successful client relationships
• Self-starter, results- and goal-oriented. Driven to overachieve
• Ability to work from home – has a home office
• Experienced with the nonprofit sector in Canada, particularly, in Western Canada

Salary and Commission- 70,000 - 85,000+ achievable
