We are looking for a dynamic, high performing salesperson with a natural ability to engage, retain and grow business for Bmeaningful and TalentEgg.
The Opportunity: As a Sales Executive, your main priority will be to execute on business growth plans that result in net new sales for Bmeaningful and TalentEgg. The focus of this position will be to challenge yourself on developing new sales opportunities and to secure new accounts.  
As a Sales Executive on our team in Toronto, you will use your experience selling digital advertising and branding solutions to large employers in Canada to successfully grow and scale revenues. Through client-side and agency relationships, a consultative approach and understanding of the digital and out-of-home (OOH) advertising landscape, you will be responsible to develop and close assigned leads as well as developing your own leads lists in order to sell a broad range of advertising solutions that will ensure that the clients’ talent acquisition and employer branding goals are met. In addition, you will utilize your digital advertising sales experience to bring new ad revenues from advertisers interested in being exposed to the companies’ respective audiences. You will further use your cold-calling, networking and prospecting skills to identify, develop and engage new client accounts or advertisers that will build out our existing roster, increase digital advertising revenues and help you reach your personal revenue targets. As a Sales Executive, you’ll be supported by our operations team and will benefit from working alongside the leadership team and will play a key role in executing the evolving sales and marketing strategies for the companies.   
Here’s what you’ll do:

  • Meet and exceed sales revenue targets for new business.
  • Create a targeted solution for each individual client based on their needs and market a full line of Bmeaningful and TalentEgg products and services.
  • Prospect for new opportunities within new accounts.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle including the preparation of proposals, sales presentations, product demonstrations and team engagement.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to create market awareness. 
  • Provide detailed account information on both prospects and new customers by using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline for accurate forecasting of revenue.
  • Tenaciously maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound calls and emails to new prospects, together with daily collaboration with your internal sales resources.
  • Thrive on change while remaining highly organized and optimistic.
  • You will bring your market expertise and insights to help hone and evolve our sales strategy and approach
What skills, qualifications and experience are we looking for?
You Have: 
  • 5 - 7 years of experience in Sales, including B2B and experience in a consultative/solution selling environment.
  • Post-secondary education from a college or university.
  • A strong track record for generating revenue, and achieving or exceeding quota expectations.
  • Highly developed skills in prospecting, cold calling, objection handling and closing skills.
  • Strong negotiation, facilitation and influencing skills.
  • Natural desire to stay informed on your market.
  • Technically savvy, proficient in Microsoft, CRM Software and Applicant Tracking Systems. 
  • A dedicated resolve to close, close, close!

You Have An Advantage if You:
  • Have related industry experience in Employer Branding, Talent Acquisition, CSR
  • You have large enterprise sales experience
  • You speak both English and French
